About Our Kids

Many youth who come to Riverview Residential Center have experienced circumstances that are difficult to discuss and process. Our program is designed to provide a safe, structured environment where they can engage in healthy social interactions and participate in developmentally appropriate activities.

Residents have opportunities to build peer connections, take part in recreational and creative programs, and experience supportive, supervised outings that expose them to new environments. These activities are intended to promote emotional expression, positive coping skills, and a sense of normalcy.

At Riverview, we strive to create space for youth to engage, connect, and experience aspects of childhood that may have been interrupted or limited by past challenges.
